Refund Policy

At Fortnite Burger, we strive to provide high-quality software products that meet the needs of our customers. Before purchasing, please carefully review the product description, system requirements, and any available demos or trial versions.


By purchasing a license key, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.


Eligibility for Refunds

We understand that situations may arise where you would like to request a refund. Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:

  • Non-activated License: If the license key has not been activated and you have not used the software, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. All refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, transaction ID, etc.).
  • System Incompatibility: If you have System Incompatibility you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. All refund requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, transaction ID, etc.). On top, this request should also include a video of you trying all the fixes provided by us.

Non-refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:


  • Activated License Key: Once a license key has been activated, we are unable to process any refunds. Activation of the license indicates that the software has been successfully accessed and used.
  • Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind after purchase.
  • Misuse or Abuse of License: If we detect misuse, abuse, or unauthorized distribution of the license key, all refund requests will be denied.
  • License Expired: Once your licensekey has expired, you are not eligible to request a refund.

Requesting a Refund

If your purchase qualifies for a refund under the conditions outlined above, please contact our customer support team at discord.gg/fortniteburger within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number, reason for the refund, and confirmation that the license key has not been activated or that you are experiencing System Compatability problems.


Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.


Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in processing your refund or handling your license key, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues as fairly and quickly as possible.
